A fee estimate will always be sent to you in writing in before any work is undertaken, whichever service is required, so that you are always in control of the budget.

A brief outline of my fees is as follows:

DESIGN FEES

After the first visit, I will give you written fixed fee quote for the design work. As a general rule, you should expect a design fee of around £600 for an average domestic garden. For larger projects fees will be higher.

PLANTING PLANS

Planting plans are included in the design fee for average domestic gardens. For larger projects these generally cost between £50 and £200 depending on the size of the area being designed.

SUPPLY OF PLANTS

 

Either the landscaping contractor building the garden or I can supply the plants. If you would like me to supply the plants for the garden 50% of the cost of the plants is payable upon placing the order and 50% upon the delivery of the plants.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional drawings and services are charged separately. Payment is required on receipt of drawings and completion of the services required.
